1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Phoenix Rising Photography, a professional portrait photography business based in Merseyside, UK. By booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment can be made via BACS or Credit/Debit Card/cash in person.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to reschedule.
4. Image Delivery
- Edited images will be delivered within 5-10 business days of the photoshoot.
- Final images are provided in high-resolution JPEG format via secure online gallery or download.
- RAW files are not included unless agreed in writing.
5. Usage Rights
- Clients receive a personal licence to use the images for personal or promotional purposes.
- Commercial use (e.g. resale, advertising campaigns) requires prior written consent.
- Selected images may be used for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes. If you prefer your images to remain private, please let me know before or during the session.”
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session.
- Any delays or changes may affect the shoot duration or outcome.
- Please communicate any specific requests or sensitivities in advance.
7. Liability
- While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Phoenix Rising Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g. weather, technical failure).
- Liability is limited to the cost of the session.
8. Privacy
- Personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
